He is described as being 5'5" tall, 170 lbs., black hair and brown eyes

His whereabouts is currently unknown and the Smithfield Police Department has a signed warrant for sex offender address change-failure to notify police.

The Cranston Police Department also has two active warrants for VIGEANT for a domestic failure to relinquish a telephone and fraud.

He also has a full Superior Court bench warrant for a technical violation.
