The Johnston Police Department is investigating a larceny complaint from Central Nurseries, 1155 Atwood Ave., where numerous shrubs were stolen.

On Friday, 4/24/20 at 9:33 PM, surveillance video captures a silver colored Toyota Highlander 4 door SUV stopping in front of Central Nurseries. Shortly after, a suspect exits from the passenger side and grabs numerous shrubs and places them in the suspect vehicle. That suspect appears to be a white male, wearing a dark sweatshirt, with an unknown insignia on the front and white piping on arms.

The suspect vehicle then flees the area northbound on Atwood Ave.
