The Warwick Police Department is attempting to identify two suspects involved in a shoplifting incident that took place at the Best Buy, 24 Universal Blvd, Warwick, R.I.

On Tuesday, 3/10/20, at approximately 3:38 PM, two suspects entered Best Buy together after having parked their vehicle a distance away from the front door of the store.  One suspect selected two WD (Western Digital) black P10 4TB Game Drives and concealed them in his pants.

One of the suspects had a neck tattoo and the other was wearing a plaid flannel shirt.

Both suspects then left the store without paying for the concealed merchandise and got into a black Nissan Sedan bearing an unknown PA registration.

The suspects may be involved in other similar thefts in the region.

IDENTIFIED:

Suspect 1 has been identified by the Warwick Police Depatment:

KHALID JOHNSON (37), from Chjeltenham, PA.

An arrest warrant has been issued for JOHNSON.  Suspect 2 identification is pending.
