The Johnston Police Department is attempting to identify 2 suspects involved in a theft at Hartford Paving Corporation, 112 Pocasset Ave, Johnston, RI.

On 06/22/19 & 07/14/2019,  two unidentified male suspects arrived Hartford Paving Corp. in a white colored SUV-possibly a Mitsubishi. The two male suspects on these two separate dates stole a Husqvarna LF compactor.

The compactors were on the service trucks which were parked the lot of the business. The unknown male used bolt cutters to free the machine from the bed of the truck.

CAPTURED:

On 7/30/19, the Johnston Police reported the capture of the suspect in this case.  He is identified as:

JULIO VEGA GONZALEZ (35) from Providence, R.I.

He is being held at the ACI for breaking & entering and larceny related charges.
