The Rhode Island State Police is attempting to locate an identified sex offender.

JOSHUA I MILTON (36) is a Level 1 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. His last registered address was 160 Broad Street, Providence, R.I. While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in May 2018, R.I. State Police Detectives learned that MILTON failed to register and never reported a sex offender change of address with the Providence Police Department.

On 5/9/2018, an arrest warrant was obtained for MILTON.

MILTON is homeless and frequents the Broad Street area of Providence and the Town of West Warwick.
