The Coventry Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in several larcenies from parked vehicles in the parking lot of the Planet Fitness, 780 Washington St., Coventry, RI.

On Friday, 3/25/2016, at approximately 9:05 AM, a large amount of cash and an iPhone 6 was stolen from a vehicle while the victim was inside the gym.

The suspect appeared to case the parking lot before and after entering the victim's vehicle. The suspect was also observed committing a similar theft to another vehicle while the victim was inside he gym. This suspect may be responsible for other thefts in the area.

The suspect was seen operating a blue 2000-2003 Nissan Maxima with a sunroof and rear spoiler.
