The Rhode Island State Police Gaming Unit is attempting to identify a male suspect that committed numerous gaming offenses at the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI.

On Sunday, 7/17/2016, at apprximately 8:00 PM, entered the casino and committed (8) eight casino gaming offenses. He is described as a light skinned hipanic male with black hair with an apparent skin pigmentation disorder on hands/fingers and face.

The unidentified suspect's activities were confirmed on video surveillance but had already left the casino.

On 8/12/16, the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Unit has reported the capture of the suspect in this case after receiving several tips. He is identified as:

MANUEL "OSCAR" RODRIGUES (39) of Brockton, MA.

RODRIGUES has been charged with 8 counts of Casino Gaming Offenses.
