The Bristol Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect who robbed the Midland Farms Convenience Store, 429 Wood St., Bristol, RI.

On Wednesday, 12/7/2016 at approximately 9:54 PM, a white male entered the store and approached the clerk who was behind the counter. The suspect was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt with unknown logo, light gray sweatpants, black & white sneakers, and a light colored mask. The suspect was holding a large metal object in one hand and attempted to take the money from the clerk as he was counting it.

The clerk chased the suspect as he attempted to flee. The brief struggle occurred between the suspect and clerk, but the suspect managed to escape on foot.
