The Lincoln Police Department is attempting to locate a suspect who masturbated in front of a female while at the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, R.I.

On Sunday, 2/19/2017, at approximately 10 PM, a female patron was sitting in her vehicle in the parking lot waiting for her mother when the suspect approached her vehicle. The suspect then moved to the driver's side window and began masturbating in front of her. The female victim then quickly drove away and contacted Casino Security.

On 3/9/2017, the Lincoln Police Department has reported the capture of the suspect in this case:

TIMOTHY B. STANLEY (30), with last known addresses in Foxborough, MA, North Attleboro, MA., and Cumberland, RI.

STANLEY is 6' 4" tall and has an unkempt beard and mustache, with longer hair than depicted in the photo. He is most likely in living with a girlfriend somewhere in Massachusetts.

He was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
