The East Providence Police Department is attempting to identify a male and female suspect who passed counterfeit bills at the Rite Aid, 655 Warren Ave, in East Providence, R.I.

The male and female captured in the video still purchased a pre-paid American Express card using two (2) counterfeit US currency $100 bills. The American Express cards were loaded with $100 values using the counterfeit bills.
