Lincoln PD is attempting to ID the suspect female attached. Ulta at the Lincoln Mall reported a shoplifting incident that occurred back on 7/17/24. They stated the female shoplifted $1,690.63 worth of beauty products. Loss prevention noted the female suspect may have been faking being pregnant to conceal items or seem less suspicious during the incident. They also noted the female suspect had a noticeable skin pigment discoloration/pattern on her forehead, which is somewhat visible in the attached still image. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
