The Central Falls Police Department is attempting to identify several suspects involved in a felony assault that took place in the parking lot of the Rand Street Apartment complex in their city.

On Friday, 12/4/2020, at approximately 1:35 AM, four (4) suspects were involved in a felony assault of a victim that resulted in serious injuries. Two (2) of the suspects have been identified and two (2) remain unidentified. All suspects are currently wanted on Felony Assault and Conspiracy charges.

CAPTURED:

SUSPECT #1: DAVID E. DION (29) with last known addresses in Newport, Barrington, Woonsocket, Warwick, and Warren.

He is described as a white male, 6'0" tall, large build with brown hair and blue/hazel eyes. He has numerous body tattoos on his chest and neck including "WHITE BOY" on his wrist (hand).

Photos attached are from 2016 and 2015 (with beard). DION has an extensive criminal history and should be considered dangerous.

SUSPECT #2: MACKENZIE L. WILLIAMS (30) with a last known address in Newport.

She is described as a white female, 5'3" tall, 180-200 lbs, stocky, with brown hair and eyes, previously known to wear glasses.

She should also be considered dangerous as she also has a previous violent criminal history.

WIILIAMS and DION are currently girlfriend/boyfriend.

On 12/15/2020, The Rhode Island State Fugitive Task Force captured DION and WILLIAMS in Seekonk, MA. They will extradited back to Rhode Island for prosecution.
