The Providence Police Department is attempting to identify two male suspects involved in a breaking and entering of a business during a riotous protest over the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

On June 1st into June 2nd, 2020 a riot broke out in the downtown area of Providence.

On June 2nd, at 2:09 AM, video surveillance captured the pair of suspects breaking into the AVIS Rental Car at 1 Dorrance St.  Both suspects rummaged through drawers and cabinets taking numerous items.

A white male suspect, wearing a full Adidas sweatsuit, is observed along with another unknown suspect breaking into the store and damaging the store.

The 1st suspect is a white male has red hair with a beard wearing the Addidas sweatsuit.

The 2nd suspect is wearing dark clothing with lighter sneakers and stripes going down the sides of his pants.
