The East Providence Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in a bank robbery that occurred at the Pawtucket Credit Union, 660 Warren Ave., East Providence, R.I.

On Saturday, 2/29/20, at approximately 9:25 AM, the suspect entered the bank and passed a note to the teller stating that he had a firearm and a bomb strapped to his person. The suspect fled with an undetermined amount of cash and was last seen running east on Warren Ave.
