The Johnston Police Department is attempting to identify a Hispanic male suspect involved in a shoplifting incident at Walgreens Pharmacy, 1387 Plainfield St., Johnston, R.I.

This suspect is involved in numerous several crimes along a felony assault with a dangerous weapon on a Providence Police Officer on 1/4/19.

This suspect is also wanted on several other shopliftings at Walgreens Pharmacy’s.

During the commission of these crimes, the suspect was operating a silver 2000 Celica GT bearing either FL registration 460-JZA or MA registration 263RG2.
