The New Bedford Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect involved in an identity theft case where several thousand dollars in fraudulent purchases were made in another person's name.

On 5/5/2018, a male suspect made several purchases totaling over $25,000.00 using another man's identity. Additionally, he also made a $10,000.00 purchase of a Rolex at Kay Jewelers in the Providence Place Mall.

The male suspect purchased assorted items from Kohl's in Seekonk and as well as the Wrentham Outlets.

The same male suspect also financed a motorcycle in the victim's name.

This suspect was in the company of a dark skinned male and female.
