The Smithfield Police Department is attempting to identify three female suspects involved in two shoplifting incidents in Smithfield on 6/2/18 as well as numerous shoplifting incidents across CT, MA, and possibly NJ.

The suspects entered The Paper Store in Smithfield and stole approx. $5,000 worth of Alex & Ani bracelets.

Later that day, two of the suspects stole approximately $1,000 worth of Nike and Under Armour apparel from Dick’s Sporting Goods while the third suspect tripped the automatic door, allowing them to run out of the entrance doors.

In these incidents, the suspects fled the area in a silver Toyota RAV4 with significant damage to the rear driver’s side below the tail light. The rear registration plate was also removed.
