The East Providence Police Department is attempting to identify two male suspects involved in the fraudulent use of credit cards at several Walgreens locations.

On 4/26/2016, two male suspects used stolen credit card information to make purchases at various Walgreens locations in Providence and North Providence. The suspects purchased Vanilla VISA cards at the various locations with the fraudulent information.

They were recorded driving a newer red Toyota 4Runner with out of state registration plates.

The East Providence Police Department has identified the two suspects as:

CHRISTOPHER HOO-HING (28)

STEPHON WALTHRUST (23)

The Rhode Island State Police are also investigating similar crimes by these suspects.
