The Wrentham MA Police Department is attempting to identified a suspect involved in a shoplifting and assault complaint that took place at the Wrentham Outlet Mall in Wrentham, MA.

On Monday, 6/27/16 at 5:28 PM, the police responded to a shoplifting and assault and battery at the Saks Fifth Ave store at the Wrentham Outlets. The Asset Protection Officer working in the store approached the suspect who stole two pair of shoes. At that point, the suspect punched the Asset Protection Officer and fled the area.

The suspect fled the area in a white or silver newer style BMW with RI registration plates.

CAPTURED:

The Wrentham Police Department report the capture of the suspect in this case. He is identified as:

DARREN MARTIN (49) from South Easton, MA.

MARTIN turned himself in to police after being made aware that his photo was being distributed through the media and social media.
