The Brown University Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in lewd and lascivious behavior in the ladies rest room of a building on campus.

On Wednesday, 7/20/2016 at approximately 2:50 PM, an unknown dark skinned male suspect entered the second floor women's restroom at 1 Davol Square, Providence, RI. The female victim using the rest room then observed the male suspect looking under the bathroom stall as she was using the facilities.

The suspect fled the building in an unknown direction upon being observed looking under the stall. the suspect is described as having short cropped hair, wearing a white T-shirt, dark sweat pants, and white flip flop sandals.
