On Saturday 11/12/2016, at approximately 6:11 AM, a male suspect intimidated the clerk into purchasing a pack of Newport cigarettes for him. The suspect told the clerk that he had a gun and then he came around the counter, shoved the clerk, and took additional packs of cigarettes off the shelf.

The suspect spent a significant amount of time in the store talking to the clerks prior to the incident. During that time the clerk saw a firearm tucked in the subject’s waistband. The suspect mentioned that he had ties to the Pawtucket, RI area and also talked about being stabbed in the past.
