The East Providence Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in a breaking and entering at the Gansett Animal Hospital, 167 Newport Ave, in the Rumford section of East Providence.

On Wednesday, 1/18/2017 at about 1:40 AM, an male suspect parked a suspect vehicle in the parking lot of Town Wine and Spirits, adjacent to the Gansett Animal Hospital. The male then walked next door to the Gansett Animal Hospital where he smashed the glass door, entered the facility, and stole an undetermined amount of cash.

Due to the quality of the video it is hard to distinguish the race of the suspect. He was wearing a baggy, light colored, sweatshirt and sweatpants and white sneakers.
