The Rhode Island State Police are attempting to identify sex offender who failed to register.

IDENTIFIED:

FRANCISCO GONZALEZ (38) is a Level 1 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. His registered address was 923 Branch Avenue Apartment 2 in the City of Providence.

While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in February 2017, State Police Detectives learned that Gonzalez moved out of the residence and never reported a sex offender change of address with the Providence Police Department. On 2/19/2017, an arrest warrant was obtained for Gonzalez. His current whereabouts are unknown.
