The Warwick Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in prescription fraud that occured at Wal Mart, 840 Post Rd Warwick, RI.

On 5/4/17, a false prescription was called in to the Wal Mart pharmacy from a subject identifying himself as Dr. Robert Davidson from Maryland. The prescription was called in for a patient identified as Walter Randolph for liquid cough syrup identified as Phenergan with Codeine.

On 5/7/17, the suspect (in the submitted photo) attempted to pick up the false prescription. The clerk, however, identified the transaction as fraudulent and did not release the medication. It was later determined that information from the doctor's office in Maryland (including doctor names and associated DEA numbers) had been compromised.
