The East Greenwich Police Department is attempting to identify suspects involved in a breaking & entering of a construction trailer that occurred at a residence on Watch Hill Dr in East Greenwich, R.I.

On Wednesday, 9/6/17, in the early morning hours, a male and female suspect were caught on video surveillance breaking into a construction trailer in front of a residence on Watch Hill Dr., The suspects are responsible for the theft of a large amount of tools.

SUSPECT #1: ARTHUR HOPKINS (41) from Providence, R.I.

SUSPECT #2: RANDY RUOTOLO (38) from North Scituate, R.I.
