The Cranston Police Department is attempting to locate a suspected sex offender who failed notify the police of a change of address.

JUSTIN BURGESS (24) is currently wanted by the Cranston Police Department for failure to notify of a sex offender change of address. The warrant was obtained on 10/10/17. Burgess, a level 3 offender, has a registered address of the Harrington Hall Shelter, 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston. Burgess was released from the RI ACI on 8/30/17 and never returned to the shelter.

His current whereabouts are unknown.

BURGESS also has multiple RI court bench warrants against him. BURGESS is a white male with blue eyes and brown hair. He is 6'2" tall and approximately 172 pounds.
