He is currently registered with the Cranston P.D. He has a registered address of 501 Reservoir Ave. Apt. 5.</p> <p>While conducting a sex offender address verification/compliance check for <strong>MOTTRAM</strong>&nbsp;at his residence, the Cranston P.D. learned that <strong>MOTTRAM</strong>&nbsp;was not staying there.&nbsp;</p> <p>On 12/19/18, the Cranston P.D. obtained an arrest warrant on <strong>MOTTRAM</strong> for failure to notify of a sex offender change of address. Attempts to have <strong>MOTTRAM</strong>&nbsp;turn himself in have been unsuccessful. The suspect then attempts to open a fraudulent account under an assumed name. The suspect argues with the employee and takes the phone fleeing the store running towards Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. Case ID 26451 <p>The Smithfield Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect involved in the theft of two tablet computers from the Rite Aid in their town. After committing the theft, the suspect fled on foot.</p> <p>This suspect appears to be committing similar thefts in other communities.</p> <p><span style="color:rgb(255, 0, 0)"><strong>CAPTURED:</strong></span></p> <p>The Smithfield Police Department have reported the&nbsp;arrest of the suspect in this case.&nbsp; He is identified as <strong>STEPHEN MIGNACCA&nbsp;(33) </strong>from Cranston, R.I.&nbsp; He is currently at the ACI.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>MIGNACCA</strong> was captured by Cranston Police with assistance from Johnston Police.</p> Case ID 26449 <p>The Rhode Island State Police is attempting to identify a female suspect involved in making fraudulent withdrawals from a victim&#39;s account at two locations in R.I.</p> <p>On November 19, 2018, a female victim was alerted to five thousand eight hundred dollars ($5,800) being withdrawn from the Citizen&rsquo;s Bank Checking account. The victim contacted her bank on 11/21/18, which showed that a female party made a withdrawal in two increments of two thousand and nine hundred dollars ($2,900). The victim was shown copies of the withdrawal forms that had the correct account number, incorrect date, and forged the victim&rsquo;s signature.</p> <p>The first withdrawal was made on 11/19/18 at 2:02 PM, at Citizen&rsquo;s Bank located inside Stop &amp; Shop Grocery Store, 204 Garfield Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island. The second withdrawal was made on 11/19/18 at 2:24 PM, at Citizen&rsquo;s Bank, located inside Stop &amp; Shop Grocery Store, 850 Manton Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island.</p> <p>IDENTIFIED &gt;p&gt;The Rhode Island State Police have identified the suspect in this case as: DESARAY SUMMERVILLE (33) from Attleboro, MA. She also has an extraditable warrant from Attleboro PD for larceny.</p> Case ID 26447 The North Attleboro Police Department is attempting to identify as suspect involved in passing counterfeit money at the 7 Eleven Store in their town. The suspect passed $100 "Motion Picture Purposes" money along with legitimate $100 bills to re-load a Green Dot card. "Motion Picture Purposes" money is strictly used as a prop and not for true transaction purposes.
