Case Feed http://www.rimostwanted.org Providing updated case feed Case ID 27075 <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Rhode Island State Police are attempting to identify a male suspect who obtained money under false pretenses and conducted Bank Fraud through a manufactured false identification.</p> <p>During business hours on Monday, May 20, 2024, the unidentified male suspect entered the Bank Rhode Island branch on Taunton Avenue in the City of East Providence.&nbsp;</p> <p>The suspect identified himself using a falsified Rhode Island Drivers License of the victim that had the correct name, date of birth, address and license number. The suspect engaged in conversation and &lsquo;small talk&rsquo; with the teller. As the victim possessed multiple accounts within the bank, the teller asked the suspect which account he wished to withdraw from. The suspect was able to provide the last four numbers of one of the accounts without being given options to chose from.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; During the interaction, the suspect wore a black earpiece, which appears to be a Bluetooth device. The suspect was wearing a plaid button-up shirt, a baseball style hat. The suspect appears to be a male who appears to be either Hispanic, or a light skinned black male, with a white goatee, approximately 50-60 years of age. He paid by manually entering a credit card number. He had tried different credit card numbers first, however was unsuccessful. The subject possibly left in an AMAZON Delivery Van which was parked behind the building. The same suspect also did this at a convenience store in North Providence called AZ Mart located at 1003 Mineral Spring Avenue.</p> Case ID 27031 <p>Female presented a false Resident Alien Identification Card in the victim account holders name and withdrew 9850.00 from victims account.</p> Case ID 27027 <p>On Wednesday, August 30th, 2023, at approximately 1521 hours, Smithfield Police were dispatched to Bank of RI located at 445 Putnam Pike (Apple Valley Mall) for an attempted Bank Robbery. A Hispanic female entered the bank eating a banana and demanded money. No weapon was shown and no money was obtained. The female suspect possibly left in a small grey SUV. They possibly get into a grey Dodge Dakota (4 door) pick up. On June 17th, at approximately 5:10pm, The same two suspects return to Target and attempt to steal two (2) Dyson Vacuum Cleaners, however were stopped by Loss Prevention. On this day they get into a blue Nissan Murano bearing Rhode Island Registration 344590. It should be noted that Rhode Island Registration 344590 is a cancelled on a 2016 black Chevrolet (Equinox). Suspect crashed the vehicle, <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255); color:rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size:13px">MAPC #1KWL43, a Black Ford Explorer&nbsp;</span>which was later identified as stolen out of Cambridge MA.&nbsp;Suspect then fled into the woods and has since been breaking and entering into multiple homes in Glocester.</p> Case ID 27005 <p>West Greenwich Police is looking to identify the individual in the photographs.
