The three&nbsp;suspects fled in RI registration&nbsp;KF886 which was actively registered to a&nbsp;female in North Providence, RI.&nbsp; The suspect operating the vehicle refused to stop for officers.</p> <p>In a separate larceny&nbsp;incident&nbsp;that occurred on 1/14/20 at BJ&#39;s in South Attleboro, a suspect vehicle bearing RI Reg SK879 was used.&nbsp;
