HERNANDEZ MALAVE (21) </strong>from Central Falls, R.I.</p> <p>He is described as being a Hispanic male, 5&#39;10&quot; tall, 190 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.&nbsp; He&nbsp;has several identifiable tattoos on his arms and wrists.&nbsp; Hernandez Malave also has several unrelated outstanding warrants for his arrest.</p> <p>The suspect may be fleeing the State and heading to Miami, Florida.&nbsp;</p> <p>The suspect may be operating a<strong>&nbsp;<u>dark blue Hyundai with tinted windows, unknown model, bearing CT. WULFF (46)</strong> with a last known address in Warwick, R.I.</p> Case ID 26479 <p><span style="color:#0000FF"><strong>IDENTIFIED:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>RICHARD MOTTRAM (48)</strong> is a convicted sex offender who has a duty to register under RI General Laws. He is currently registered with the Cranston P.D. He has a registered address of 501 Reservoir Ave. Apt. 5.</p> <p>While conducting a sex offender address verification/compliance check for <strong>MOTTRAM</strong>&nbsp;at his residence, the Cranston P.D. learned that <strong>MOTTRAM</strong>&nbsp;was not staying there.&nbsp;</p> <p>On 12/19/18, the Cranston P.D. obtained an arrest warrant on <strong>MOTTRAM</strong> for failure to notify of a sex offender change of address. Attempts to have <strong>MOTTRAM</strong>&nbsp;turn himself in have been unsuccessful. George is no longer staying at his registered address of the Harrington Hall Shelter in Cranston. He has not been seen since 12/23/18. His whereabouts are unknown.
