The Smithfield Police Department is investigating a case of credit card fraud where a victim dropped a credit card within Target located at 371 Putnam Pike in Smithfield, RI. The pictured suspect discovered the victim's card and utilized it to fraudulently purchase approximately $260 worth of electronics.
