FREDERICK GIBSON (44) is a convicted sex offender who has a duty to register under RI General Laws. He has a registered address of the Harrington Hall Shelter, 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston. On 3/12/18, GIBSON was released from the ACI after serving time on a sex offender registration violation charge. That charge originated with the Cranston Police Dept.

By 3/16/18, GIBSON had not registered or changed address with the Cranston Police Dept. He did not return to the shelter. An arrest warrant was obtained on 3/16/18 for the sex offender registration violation. GIBSON'S whereabouts are unknown at this time. He also has a superior court bench warrant.
