March 20, 2018 - Seekonk : Target

The Seekonk Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect who exposed himself at the Target Store, 79 Commerce Way, Seekonk, MA.

On Tuesday, 3/20/18, a male suspect entered the Target Store and followed a group of juvenile females around the store for approximately twenty minutes.  The suspect the left the store and waited in the parking lot. 

Once the juvenile females exit the store, he follows them to their vehicle. The suspect then stood beside the victim's vehicle, pulled his pants down and began to masturbate. Once confronted he fled the Target parking lot on foot and out of view of the camera.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Latino male being between 5'5 and 5'6, scruffy facial hair.  He also spoke broken english with a spanish accent.
