Wanted for a Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the Charge of Failure to Comply With Sex Offender Registration Requirements-Address Change- Subject is a Level III Offender: Joseph M. King, DOB 03/12/1974, white male, 5'08" tall, 198 lbs., brown hair, and blue eyes. Tattoo's on right arm (dragon), right shoulder (tribal ax), back, 2 inch long scar on left hand/wrist area. Also uses DOB 12/17/1972. Last known to reside in Providence, Rhode Island.
King was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and has a lengthy criminal history - charges include assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, shoplifting, disorderly conduct, domestic assault, obtaining money under false pretenses,
King also wanted out of Providence Superior Court for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on Charge of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses, complaint no. P2-2006-0943A, and by Rhode Island State Police Detective Bureau for Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses.
