KEURYS Y. PENA (25)

The Rhode Island State Police report the escape of KEURYS Y. PENA (25) from the Adult Correctional Institution (ACI) on 9/15/2014.

PENA escaped by walking away from a work detail on Power Rd in Cranston, RI, which is located on the ACI grounds.

PENA is a hispanic male,  5'8" tall, 190 lbs., with brown eyes and dark hair.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt.   He is currently clean shaven. 

PENA has a last known address on Sackett St in Providence, RI.  He was serving a 54 month prison term at the ACI for a breaking and entering into a residence.
