Case Details:

The Warwick Police Department is attempting to identify a female suspect involved in the theft of a smart phone at he Starbuck store inside Target at the Warwick Mall.

A 12 yr old girl and her mother are at Starbucks inside Target at the Warwick Mall. The 12 yr old girl places her iPhone 6s on the counter.  The light skinned female suspect is behind them in line and is seen moving closer to the girl and mother.  The mother puchases items and they leave the counter.

The suspect is seen holding one cell phone in her right hand and also makes a purchase using the app on her cell phone.   The suspect then reaches down on counter and takes girls cell phone and places it under her own cell phone.  The suspect then leaves Target with three juvenile boys, approx. age 7, 10, and early teens. Suspect is clearly carrying two cell phones as she exits Target.

Suspect then goes to her car a maroon Toyota or Nissan type sedan and leaves. Suspect described as white or light skin Hispanic female, 30's, wearing grey yoga pants, white Adidas shirt, dark shoulder length hair parted in middle.


On 9/30/17, the Warwick Police Department captured the suspect in this case.  She is identified as:

ISIS CEPEDA (32) from Providence, R.I.

The stolen phone was recovered and returned to the vicitm.
