Case Details:
The Narragansett Police Department is attempting to identify a
male suspect who fraudulently obtained presriptions on 2 occasions from the same pharmacy. Both incidents took place at the Rite Aid, 20 Woodruff Ave., Narragansett, R.I.
The first incident took place on Tuesday 12/11/2012, at approximately 2:49 PM. The second incident took place on Saturday 12/15/2012.
In both incidents, the male suspect presented false prescriptions for 120 tablets (30 mg) of Oxycodone.
CAPTURED: JOSEPH L. CIVOLI (42) is currently at the ACI on the above charges.
