Case Details:
On 02/05/2010 at about 5:00 PM a white male wearing a white shirt, tie, black jacket and white sneakers entered the CVS pharmacy, 180 County Road, Barrington and stole a large amount of Crest white strips and toothbrushes. The subject set off security alarms as he left the store and fled in an unknown direction.
IDENTIFIED: 02/09/2010 - This subject has been identified as David Diluglio, born in 1965, warrant issued for his arrest for felony shoplifting.
Denton also wanted out of 6th Division District Court for failure to appear for a hearing on the charge of Shoplifing, case no. 61-2006-13193.
CAPTURED: 03/21/2010 - This subject was apprehended by Rhode Island State Police and is currently at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections awaiting trial.
