Suspect: Maximo A. Guerrero, DOB 11/05/1952, black male, 5'11" tall, 175, black - graying hair, brown eyes. Alias DOB 11/05/1953.
Guerrero is accused of first degree child molestation that occurred at a resdience on Star Street in Pawtucket. The victim is a 12 year old female and this has been going on for about 8 years.
Suspect may be driving a grey Chevy pick up with a sign on the side that reads MaxDSigns Pawtucket, RI
It is believed that the suspect knows that he is wanted and has possibly fled to New York.
Subject is also under investigation by the Providence Police Department for the same offense - same victim.
CAPTURED: Subject was apprehended in the Bronx, New York with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals.
