Narragansett : Residence, Bridgetown Road
Case Details:
Narragansett Police are investigating a breaking and entering into an occupied dwelling that occurred at approximately 11:10 AM on June 29, 2009 in the north end of Narragansett. The suspect rang the doorbell and then waited in his car to see if someone was home. He then entered the house and took jewelry. The homeowner interrupted the break and the suspect ran out of the house and fled in a vehicle.
Suspect is described as being: a white male, between 35 and 40 years of age, dark hair, mustache, tattoos the length of his left arm (full sleeve style tattoo mostly black work, without any noticeable color). Vehicle was a small SUV or station wagon, color black. Photo is a composite of the suspect.
IDENTIFIED & CAPTURED: The suspect was identified as John R. Walker, born in 1962. A warrant was issued for Walker's arrest. Walker was arrested on 5/26/2010 by South Kingstown Police on a motor vehicle stop.
